Recently, we accepted the appointment of a Stock corporation, to provide due diligence investigation for renting a place for business.
To avoid the legal risks during signing and performing the contract, we gave this Due Diligence report lots of attention and work. At first we sent the list of materials to the leaser, a real estate company, and then we reviewed the materials carefully and pulled the whole file of the said company from the authority.
