After the seller signed the contract, a stripe rise of the price of the house in the market occurred and led to the seller’s refusal to perform the contract. The buyer approached us under huge pressure. After we studied the case, we suggested to litigate and seizure the house immediately. This case was heard by Pudong People’s Court, and in the first trial the judge found that the seller shall coorporate and pay for compensation. This result has also shown that in nowadays society, honesty is an essential bottom line, and law must provide protection for it.
