A big freight company delivered luxury goods, which value is RMB50,000, for a luxury company, and the delivery fee was RMB200. Due to the freight company’s negligence, that delivery went missing on the road. When the luxury company requested the freight company to compensate for their loss, the freight company argued and refused to compensate by the reason that the value of the good had not been clarified and that the luxury company had not insured the goods. We represented the luxury company and sued the freight company. We collected lots of evidence and proofs, which helped to confirm the goods’ value eventually. The Jing’an People’s Court supported all of our claims and the freight company paid in full. The Client was very satisfied.
