Recently, we successfully dealt with one private loan case. In one afternoon, Mr.Zhou borrowed money from our client Mr.Zhang for short of cash flow. Afterwards, Mr.Zhou further borrowed money from other 4 people with Mr.Zhang being the guarantor. When the loans were due, Mr.Zhang undertook all the guarantor’s liabilities by refunding all the loans to the aforesaid 4 person since Mr.Zhou was missing.

After appointed by the client Mr.Zhang, we immediately started our work. Although the plaintiff and the defendant were same in these cases, since the legal relationship was different as well as the lenders were different, this case had to be handled separately as 5 cases. We categorized the case materials and filed in the court at once. Since the defendant was gone missing, the aforesaid cases had to be served by publication one by one(since Mr.Zhou’s registered permanent residence is local, the publication term is 2 months). The procedure of the case has also been transferred from summary procedure to ordinary procedure. After the case has been heard, our client won the case and got what he wanted.
