Recently, we have represented a client in a contract dispute case of counterappeal and won . This case has been through trial of first instance and second instance (intermediate people’s court ); in former trials our client failed to gain the support of the court.

After we accepted our client’s appointment, we protested against the court judgment. After the prosecutor’s office reviewed the case, they accepted our protest and protested to Shanghai high Court. Eventually, Shanghai High Court re-trialed the case and supported our client’s claim in the final judgment.
