After we were appointed, we instantly started working on relevant issues, including contacting the officers, meeting the suspects and reading relevant files. At the beginning of the inquiry stage, the suspect did not tell all the truth to us in order to cover his accomplice who were still on the run. Then we went to the detention house for multiple times and asked him to confess so that the punishment can be reduced and lightened. Eventually the suspect told all the truth to us. Then we contacted the suspect’s family to provide the clue of the escaped accomplice to the police. Also, we worked hard to achieve the settlement between the suspect and the victim. Through our effort, the court finally finds the suspect guilty with confession situation.
